FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT ARE YOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS?
25% deposit is required up front to secure your booking and dates. Fully refundable up to 30 days of arrival.
The balance is due 60 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 60 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit, $300. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released 7 days after departure if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
The reservation name, the credit card name, and the rental agreement signature must all match. All payments must come from the person on the reservation. We will return any payments (minus the bank fees) received from an amount that does not match the reservation name.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Cancellation Policy: 100% of the total booking charges (minus credit card fees) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. 50% of the total booking charges (minus credit card fees) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We do not allow pets at our vacation properties. We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we want to accommodate our guests whenever possible. However, there are certain guidelines and conditions that need to be met to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Check-in is at 3:30 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM. We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times but with prior approval. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate. Late check options may be available.
